Nyonya Anne Goh is a self-avowed foodie who loves to cook as much as she loves to eat. She attributes her culinary skills to her sagacious a mother-in-law who took her aside when she first joined the family and imparted these wise words to her, “If you love to eat, you must learn how to cook well so that you’ll always be able to eat well.” Nyonya Anne’s mother-in-law was also a culinary extraordinaire and it was from her that she learnt how to cook many heritage dishes and desserts. Nyonya Anne also worked hard and honed her craft by immersing herself in tomes of cookbooks. Today, she has built up an extensive repertoire of dishes which are firm favourites of her family and friends.

Note that these cooking demonstrations are conducted by our invited chefs on a voluntary basis.
